These terms are between you and Flowtechs IT Services ("Flowtechs"), which provides and distributes dnzo. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

dnzo answers DNS requests from the devices and networks you add, and blocks the domains your settings say to block. DNS filtering is very effective but not perfect: content can sometimes be reached another way (for example over mobile data on a device that is not set up, through a VPN, or by a site that is not on a list yet). dnzo helps you protect people and devices; it does not replace supervision.

Trial, plans and payment

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. When it ends without a plan, dnzo stops answering the account's devices.
• Plans are paid monthly or yearly, in USD, JOD or SAR, by bank transfer, CliQ or cash; Flowtechs issues the invoices. A plan starts when the payment is confirmed and renews at the end of each period with a new invoice.
• A promotion applies as shown when you order: "for as long as you renew" discounts every renewal; "first period" discounts only the first invoice.
• If a renewal is not paid, the service continues for 7 days, shows a reminder until day 14, and is then suspended until it is paid.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Plan & billing; the paid period runs to its end and no further invoices are issued. Payments for a period that has started are not refunded. Settings are kept for 30 days after the end, then deleted.

Fair use

Use dnzo for your own home or organisation. Do not resell it without an agreement with Flowtechs, send abusive volumes of requests, try to reach other customers' data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We run dnzo on more than one server and work to keep it available, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If the service is unavailable, devices may fail to open sites until it is back or until their DNS is set back to automatic.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Flowtechs is not liable for indirect loss, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We tell account owners by email before changes to these terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
